FTP Uploads fail from mircstats

Trying to upload stats files from mircstats always fail. Can't figure out what's causing it. on normal mode in mircstats the file uploads but is 0 bytes. But in mircstats it's showing failed:

In passive mode it shows failed and no file shows up:

I know it has to be a setting for the FTP but I cant figure out which I've changed: oforce_local_data_ssl=NO -oforce_local_logins_ssl=NO from yes to no, but that hasn't helped thinking mircstats built in FTP didn't support SSL.
