It would be really great if I could install this library as a package through Bower. That way I wouldn't have to check it into my project source code. Example:
bower install html-sheets-of-paper --save

Would there really be any benefit in adding this project to Bower? I don't want to add it just for the sake of it :) But if it helps, we should do it, of course.
In order for this project to be useful with Bower, the CSS must be usable without any changes, right? So that you can just import it and don't have to create a modified copy. That seems fine, however.
Of course it is possible to use without bower, however, it is a good practice. It's not just a matter of ease of dependency reduction, but ease of management of all third-party dependency and in a unique way.
