[FEATURE]: redfish_firmware wait until remote download finished and update scheduled

Describe the solution you'd like
Add option to redfish_firmware to wait for job status scheduled instead of completed

Additional context
Waiting for completed is fine if the firmware does not require a reboot of the server.
If a reboot is required that reboot should only take place after the update was scheduled successfully.
Adding an option to wait until that has happened enables reliable firmware updates.
