Hi, I have noticed that when I load back in BEAUti a xml file and reduce the number of demes, the rate categories, rateMatrix and popSize parameters do not have the correct dimensions. popSize actually has a vector with right length, the 'dimension' attribute is wrong. I have manually fixed the xml files, so no rush on my account, but I thought to report this in case it can be fixed for successive release.
