Problem with substitution model parameters in BEAUti 2.7.4

There seems to be an issue with the substitution model parameters in BEAUti 2.7.4: when using the MultiTypeBirthDeath and MultiTypeBirthDeathUncoloured templates, there are no "estimate" boxes and no priors for the substitution model parameters. In the resulting XML, the parameters are added to the state but there are no priors and operators on them. When re-opening this XML in BEAUti, the "estimate" boxes and priors do appear. Saving this configuration in BEAUti results in an XML with priors and operators included.
