Automatically choose entity signatures in batch import

13:02 sara.beckman - Could we somehow run ddrsignatures when importing through the Editor UI? I usually run ddrsignatures at the end of the ddrimport file process so the archivists don't have to set the signatures manually in the Editor. As it stands now -- either the archivists will have to set the signatures manually or they'd have to get me to run ddrsignatures in the commandline. So it would be nice if ddrsignatures ran as part of the import process.
13:04 gjost - That's an interesting idea. I'm guessing that by the time you're ready to import you've got a good idea which file/image would be the signature?
13:05 sara.beckman - Pretty much. I have the archivist always put what they want the signature to be as the first mezzanine (sort = 1) for each entity.
13:09 - I always remind them that ddrsignatures just marks whatever mezzanine you have set as sort = 1 as the signature so if for some reason you change your mind for a certain entity or didn't get the sort order correct you have to go in a correct it later in the Editor UI.
