- POE Controller
- Part 1 - The hardware specific initialization that is unique per switch. This allows hardware negotiation based on the POE classes to work safely, but doesn’t provide any software control. It includes things like making sure the power supply limits and front panel mappings are configured in the POE controller.
- Part 2 - The software that allows you to have more precise control and monitoring of POE. This allows for power reservations separate from and more precise than the POE classes, monitoring power draw, etc..
