As a UX designer,
I want to update the Figma files for the "Service List Item" component,
So that designers can reference and use it consistently across VA products.

Background

The Service List Item component is a key part of the Manage Benefits and Tools pattern. To support its adoption, we need to ensure Figma files are updated with the latest designs, variations, and annotations.

Discovery Goals

• Ensure design consistency within the VA Design System (VADS).
• Document different states and configurations in Figma.
• Provide clear guidance for designers and developers.
