Hosting feature on homepage doesnt show the same streamer as on bigscreen

I think this happens because the "host pill" on /bigscreen auto-updates every 15 seconds, but the "stream status" on the homepage only updates on refresh.

Making the stream status auto-update will reduce the chances of an inconsistency.

Edit: Scratch that, the stream status auto-updates, too. You caught this in the 15-second window between updates.
