Create "recently added grants" & "grant info" modal components #44

goal: allow grant enterers to easily see what grants they've entered recently, and see quick info about those grants

not sure where this can live in the interface -- needs design thinking

need to add filter-by-user / sort-by-created or updated to our read API - detroitledger/gnl_profile#168

How about a thin toggleable sidebar to the right of the grant entry form?

Clarification questions:

Do we want to just show grants relevant to the PDF being entered?
What info is important? For checking if something is a duplicate, I'd want from, to, $, start & end dates. What else would be helpful?
Should I wait on the changes in the form branch? In any case I'll keep an eye on what's going there so we have live grant updates in the list when we switch to a custom form.
