java로 만들어진 jenkins를 설치/실행하기 위해서는 JDK/JRE가 필요.
(참고 : JDK 설치 시 JRE는 포함되어 있음.)

JDK version 20을 다운로드 후 Jenkins 2.406 version을 다운로드 하고자 했지만,
Jenkins 2.406 version은 JDK 11 OR 17 version만 지원한다고 하여 JDK 17 version으로 재설치 진행.
