git을 통해 public github에 slack webhook url을 올리는 순간
slack측에서 메세지 게시 불가 되도록 중단 시키는 이슈 발생

public repository인 경우 key가 노출되므로 slack에서 체크 후 block처리 하는 것으로 확인 됨
