Set entry name of tied devfile registry to app name under helm chart

Issue Description

The devfile registry entries for the registry viewer web client sets the entry name to 'Community' using the helm chart, this should match what the registry operator does by setting the entry name to the set app name: https://github.com/devfile/registry-operator/blob/f55ab8e7c8061934547c7d55bd67d81d509a8752/pkg/registry/deployment.go#L273-L280

• Change the name of the tied devfile registry entry to the set app name
• Verify this change is applied when deployed
