Helm chart is missing fields from registry operator

Issue Description

The helm chart Chart.yaml is missing the following fields to sync with the registry operator CSV:

• icon
• description
• keywords
• sources - Should include all links to source repositories listed under links in the registry operator CSV

Acceptance Criteria

• Set icon under Chart.yaml to value set under registry operator CSV
• Set description under Chart.yaml to value set under registry operator CSV
• Set keywords under Chart.yaml to values set under registry operator CSV
• Set sources under Chart.yaml to values set for links under registry operator CSV which are GitHub repositories (i.e. https://devfile.io is not included under sources)
