Results should be generated within notebooks

Some notebooks, e.g. https://github.com/devitocodes/devito_book/blob/master/fdm-devito-notebooks/04_advec/advec.ipynb, contain code and results but the code is not executed and the results obtained from elsewhere. Such cases should be modified such that all relevant results are generated within the notebooks.
