Where can you edit linphonerc or apply custom settings #2

i couldnt find when the app is loaded where the file for linphonerc is at in the system .. i tried res/raw i tried app/files

i see this line

mCore = Factory.instance().createCore(basePath + "/.linphonerc", basePath + "/linphonerc", mContext);

but is there a way to see what is in that file upon load
