src.affine seems to have been replaced with src.transform.

You're exactly right. Make sure you're using my most recent packages (e.g., bounds, opendem, satellite_image), from github. I've gotten lazy about making so many updates to pypi, though I have been slowly changing code from src.affine to src.transform, do it like pip install git+https://github.com/dgketchum/bounds
