Unexpected message when searching users to add to a list

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Lists
2. Open an existing list or create a new one
3. Click on the "Start adding people!" button
4. Leave the search bar empty

Without having started to write in the search bar, the message below is already "No results found for". I would expect to be no message, or to write something different suggesting the user to start typing.
