Changing Default Configuration

I could change the default host address that local java emulator serves web pages.

Is there a similar way to change SMS,USSD host address? specifically to 0.0.0.0, thus I now have to use a VM inside my machine to run my PHP code.

I had to run the SDK inside the VM. as VMs can not access Host ports.

Can you guys setup a docker for the SDK? it would be easier for running the Sim on one container, and my app on another container and talk correspondingly.
