note that several of the projects below involve software or journal publications, and authorship will be proffered for contributions ;)

chill-filter project and Web site for sample screening

activities: testing, brainstorming, ui, help, docs, functionality, videos, testing, coding, hosting , examples. Send to kj. multiple databases. (gtdb phylum?), actually using rocksdb with fmg, graphics/plotting Edge cases. improved visualization. writing. Plants and database prep. Setup in the cloud.

CAn we do large scale search for different strains, e.g. everything related to strain A (and closer to A than strain B, C, D, E?)
