Notes on Observations List States
Hovering over an item in the list will highlight its corresponding observation point on the map (all other observation points and tracks on the map fade to 30% opacity)
Hovering on an item on the map will highlight its corresponding observation or track in the list (all other observation points and tracks on the map fade to 30% opacity)
Tapping on an observation list item or observation point/track on the map takes you to its corresponding View Observation or View Track screen.
