PRONOM has an outline record for only version 2007: https://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/PRONOM/fmt/275

LC has a page for the .accdb family, with information on format identifiers: https://www.loc.gov/preservation/digital/formats/fdd/fdd000463.shtml

I think most Microsoft Products have a single format for 2007+

fmt/412 | Microsoft Word for Windows | 2007 onwards | docx

Do we need more detailed version based ID's?

I don't think it's needed, but I think standardizing the naming across the 2007+ Microsoft products (such as to read "2007-onwards") so they are more clearly family entries could be useful!
