using numbered list for TICQ #1

Just a small suggestion to use a numbered list to describe TICQ, if I understand it correctly the steps are sequential.

An even tinier point that "1) keep cases ... , and 2)" that should perhaps be a semicolon be before and instead of a comma .

Very interesting as always.
