Hi,
I am attempting to download the raw count matrix from the HTAN website and noticed that some samples listed in the sc_snRNA_seq sheet of the Sample_ID_Lookup_table_v1.xlsx file are missing from the HTAN website.
For example, the sample HTA12_246_8 could not be located.
could you please help with this?
