Bubble/contribution disappears after power save

2. Describe the current behavior:

If I am on a page that has a bubble, and my phone goes in power saving mode (say after 1 minute) when I reopen Chrome the bubble is gone. If I refresh the page, it comes back.

3. Steps to reproduce:

a. open a page with a bubble or a contribution screen open
b. leave phone untouched until it enters power saving mode
c. pick up the phone and visit the page, bubble/contribution is gone
d. refresh the page, bubble/contribution comes back

The bubble/contribution should remain on screen.

Expected behavior: each time I leave chrome the bubble disappear. My hypothesis on this is that by not clicking on the bubble directly it means the user is not interrested. Also related to what I said in #219 : trying to do this with this principle of not bothering the user too much. To be discussed.
