ha-bambulab broken below v2.1.4 due to SSL verification #2

ha-bambulab recently added SSL verification for local mode (see greghesp/ha-bambulab#876) without option to disable it.

Leaving it, so people who might run into this problem will not troubleshoot this.

I've been wrestling with what to do with this bug, but I think I am going to declare it an upstream bug and close it. (I'll pin it for visibility.) There is no legitimate security reason for HA to verify that certificate, and at a minimum it should have a toggle.
