I have noticed this problem often occurs without using a rejuvenating agent. I got this randomly with a homewrecker, which gave me the ability to wield the power of Thor and destroy doors very easily. it is also an issue with destroyed hardsuit parts and modules in general. I tried cleaning a hardsuit module, and it refused to be removed or destroyed by any acid or even the super matter crystal. I haven't deep dived into the code yet but I think that there is an issue defining an objects interaction with either the rejuv agent or with some items not interacting with the normal holding code |
It essentially happens when you pick up something that shouldnt be. Like a beaker thats also in the chem machine or a voidsuit helmet thats also in the voidsuit. |

Applying Rejuvenating Agent to an old item in hand cause said item turn invisible and stuck in hand and only anastesy could force to drop it.
