Add icon per page type

I think it would be a good idea to give all page types a different icon. I would propose this free icon set for them: http://p.yusukekamiyamane.com/.

These icons could be shown within the admin on the page_list and when adding a page, for example. This will make it more easy for endusers to detect different types of pages.

What do you think?

Fully agreed :-) I had something like this in my mind as well, and didn't gave it priority yet.
It should be easily to implement. :-)

(FYI: This is a nice add-on for the PageTypePlugin because it makes external apps easily pluggable in your project.)
