I have several books that for some reason, when following the instructions, show up as described in the title.

For instance, I'll have ".../Craig Alanson/Black Ops B075NL993Q/Black Ops.m4b", and inside Plex the "album" is showing "B075NL993Q_us". On top of that, the "available since" date or whatever is always some random day in 1969.

Am I just getting the wrong ASIN somehow, or am I missing something else?

I have the same issue with another author, but one of the books does show correctly.

This is how the entries are stored in the database before matching, so this means something is going wrong when the metadata should be retrieved.

Have you tried refreshing the album in question? If you still see issues I can take a look at your logs to see what's going wrong.

I recently redid my audiobook library in Plex, and I added the ASIN to the folder name to try and help with matching. I had this same issue with a little over 100 of my books (out of around 1,000). Was any fix identified?
