Its not working with Japanese language keyboard

When we type @ and if word not matched then auto-suggestion pop up should be closed but in Japanese its don't.. anyone have idea to fix it?

@bhedabhupat I'm facing the same issue in iPhone browser.
When we type @ it shows the mentions, but unable to select it. when i touch the item, it does not select and also not closing the mention list.

@binarious @pdxwebdev @taguan @silentsnooc Can we get this quickfix ASAP, this is stopping our product to go live.
