Memory leak in 4.6.0

Running python-dnstap-receiver 4.6.0 on Python 2.7.16, 3.9.14 and 3.10.5 - using unix-socket input and stdout or kafka output results in forever growing memory usage.

dnstap_qps 331
dnstap_domains 4370
dnstap_clients 4736

dnstap_qps is steadily around 200-300.
