RCTD on multiple spatially resolved transcriptomic datasets? Is it possible?

Good morning everyone,

I would like to perform RCTD on more than one slice, merging them in an unique seurat spatial object.
Is it possible to do it? If yes, how?
I am following this tutorial, in particular the last section ("Slide-seq --> Spatial deconvolution using RCTD"):
