Table tag colors setting #13

We would like to be able to set a color for the Table tag displayed on the games list.

Since the tag contains circle and tag text we should be able to set colors for both separately.

The colors should be returned by the API. See: https://github.com/dnd-al-krk/portal_backend/blob/master/games/api/serializers.py#L31
