Persona bar disappeared after upgrading to dnn 9.11

Once I upgrade the DNN version from 9.1 to 9.11 it was stuck at the persona bar upgrade and by the next run the setup has run but the persona bar has not appeared any more. The even log is also empty in the database nothing is displaying errors related to the persona bar.

Any idea why how can i fixed it

Do you see any errors in the browser console ?
Any other clues, unfortunately, if this can't be reproduced with some precise steps or if there is not any clue to go by, it makes it hard for anyone to provide any sort of fix. Maybe compare files between a clean 9.11 install and that upgrade to see if anything is missing, etc.

I'll move this to a discussion until we get some more details and bring it back into an issue if we have some way to make this actionable...

In the console and browser there was no error but following logs I found under the Event Log

Hi, I have sorted out by updating local files. The persona bar is working perfectly now except the forum module

what local files? I'm currently facing the same issue

Did you check if you have the latest version of the forums module

@MosesMachua I guess @rashidbilgrami is wrting about the files in DesktopModules\Admin\Dnn.PersonaBar\Resources
You can delete the files in there, they will be "re-generated".
