BUG: New file immediate file conflict error dialog

It happens almost every time for me... a new file created, make the block and then a warning of a file conflict.

After that, it does not seem to appear again too often.

IDE: PhpStorm 2024.1.5 Build #PS-241.18968.24, built on August 3, 2024
Plugin version: 0.2.6
Operating System: (LinuxMint) Kernel: 5.15.0-118-generic x86_64 bits: 64 compiler: gcc v: 11.4.0 Desktop: Cinnamon 6.0.4

Also have the same error.
My config is:

PyCharm 2024.2.3 (Professional Edition)
Build #PY-242.23339.19, built on September 26, 2024

Plugin version: 0.2.6 (the same as issue creator)

Operating system: Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.19045.4894]

To workaround this issue, just save your work, close your IDE and start it again.
