无法下载Github Actions中的Artifacts

在登录Github账户时下载Github Actions中的附件，无法下载
点击下载后出现空白页面，提示

Ⅳ. 如何复现问题？

1. 打开带有Artifacts的Github仓库的Actions页面（如Build Electron App For Windows/macOs/Ubuntu）
2. 在页面底部找到Artifacts并点击下载按钮（需登录Github账户才会显示下载按钮）

Ⅴ. 请提供相关的错误日志，尽可能的详细：（日志文件在 ${user.home}/.dev-sidecar/logs/ 目录下）

看了下 server.log 日志，没发现 https://github.com:443/docmirror/dev-sidecar/actions/runs/.... 的日志哦。

哦，找到了 /actions/runs/... 的日志了，但是后面没有 error 日志。。。
