Testing tool to test arcgis server rest interfaces
To test the tool on arcgis online, simply run
npm test
To test your own server; copy config.sample.js from the config directory, change it and
npm start <yourConfigHere>
Requires ogr2ogr if you want to test wtih downloading shape files.
