I find it quite hard to find a working dashboard to get metrics on my host and the linked app. I have followed the instruction in the README file and expose the grafana web app with the graphite:nginx-expose command, but I do not see any metrics in any dashboard I try.

Would you have some example? They would be useful in the repo for sure.
