Titlebar buttons missing on Windows and on the 'wrong' side on Linux. #79

Titlebar buttons. (minimize, maximize, close)

Describe the bug
Buttons missing on Windows build with Dark theme enabled, they're half using the Dark theme in Light theme.
On Gnome 3.38, the buttons are on the wrong side and therefore also in the wrong order. (AUR)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Launch the browser..

Expected behavior
Proper rendering of the UI.

System Information (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 10 20H2 build 19042.985
  • OS2: Manjaro, Gnome 3.38.4, Kernel 5.12.2-1 (Wayland)

Dot Browser Information (please complete the following information):

  • Windows Browser version: 87.0 (Latest release executable)
  • Linux Browser version: 87.0 (AUR)

Linux version also has a lot of flickering issues of hamburger menus, but I think that's for another bug report.

EDIT: Forgot to mention Wayland compositor.

Windows issues have already been reported: #84

And for the Linux issues, that is something we could fix.

@SuperZoops if you customize the toolbar and check Title bar do things get better or worse?
