The site uses the Azure certificate (the default created for websites), and not one tied to the domain name.

This was deteched after fee payment, and the user was redirected to the completion page.

That website isn't the one being used. I need @jongalloway to let me know how the PayPal redirects are configured as I don't see how to change them to the correct location.

The PayPal redirects are configured in OpenCollective, so you'll need to log in there to change. I sent you an e-mail on it.
