Is SSH included in the asp.net 8+ images?

Building a number of APIs with NET 8 as docker images and although Azure shows SSH to Instance I get a connection refused.

I have see the blog articles about adding SSH, but it implies that the standard images contain SSH, but as most of these were written before the change over to non-root images I was wondering if this is correct
