Listing content files by time

We want to use docfx to generate our project's content site from md files. It would be super useful to show a page of the latest changes, organised by time, say by month. Is there a way to do this using plugins and would someone be able to point me to examples or ideas for achieving this?

As far as I knows.
There is no such built-in features or plugins exists.

1. Extract LastModified metadata from conceptual files.

These process takes times to execute.
So, it should be executed as docfx metadata sub-command instead of docfx build commant.
