Linking to Doxygen Generated APIs

I wasn't exactly sure where to ask this so I apologize if this is not the appropriate location. I also have not used Doxygen so I'm not entirely sure if this is even feasible.

Essentially, in my API generated using DocFX, I was wondering if it is possible to link to a Doxygen generated API page kind of like how DocFX can use xrefmaps to reference other DocFX generated sites. I've searched the web but cannot seem to find any mentions of something along the lines of this; which could just mean that this is not possible. However, since I found no one else, kind of, asking this sort of question, I figured I'd ask here.
