Installing this package on Win10, here's my notes:

  1. use python setup.py install instead of pip install -e .
  2. before installing this package, modify the requirements.txt:
    opencc==1.1.3 into opencc==1.1.1
  3. before installing this package, install cytoolz first. However, pip install cytoolz will fail on Win10, use conda install -c anaconda cytoolz instead.
