One thing that I think is a super underrated feature on most radar software is header logos/logo overlays. Very few radar softwares have this, and the only ones that I know that do are paid.

Describe the solution you'd like
A path to an image file that can be overlaid on top of the radar screen that can be customized for each radar product (one for reflectivity, another for velocity, etc.). And the timestamp can be moved to a designated time spot on the logo if needed.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I've tried WSV3 which does exactly this but it's CRAZY expensive. I've also tried GR but both Analyst and Level3 2 only allow for one logo to be overlaid for every radar product.

Additional context
These are some examples of separate headers on WSV3.

Thanks for the detailed report! I had a similar issue, but this has much better detail. The previous issue did not include an offset of the time display either.

I think I'd add a custom image manager dialog, with the ability to add individual images as new layers, easily configurable between panes. Each image could be aligned horizontal or vertically, with an offset specified in either pixels or percent of the pane size.

Assuming the time selection has a similar offset, I may have an option to disable the expansion into additional product details.

Thoughts?

That sounds awesome! I think having a pixel offset would be better than the panel offset. The way WSV3 dos it is with different “scenes,” and you can change the image overlay & which radar it shows in each scene, and I think thats a super neat feature. I can provide more details if you’d like. Thanks so much!
