adventures with fortran iv

hi merlyn - slowly rolling forward - learned some new thing this weekend and will just give a nutshell here so can remember:)

first off, can see in this screen shot how to set linux env for gfortran so device id 5 works ok on both linux side and pdp10 side - happy about this:)

now turning to this bit of fortran iv

       write (5, 10) ((T(i, j), j = 1, n), i = 1, n)
10    format(6f12.2)

works as expected with gfortran, only getting first element with fortran10, hahaha!
