When overwriting a json in Drive unit, it doesn't overwrites

I use to overwrite the file I'm updating, and cloud storage is perfect for me to give me access from different computers. I use Drive for this purpose.

When I save, choose same folder and same name, Mindmaps asks me for permission to overwrite the file. Let's say I save a file called "map.json". It will save as "map (1).json", even when I agree to overwrite. (Surely Windows thinking for itself)

When saved this way, I open file, and in navigation window there are two equal "map.json". I mean, " (1)" is skipped from the name when listing.
