Mirrors not reflected while PUM menu open

If you have ACP.vim pop open a completion window while in a placeholder - it doesn't show the placeholder mirrored in other placeholders with the same `name^. This can cause snippets to fail because if you exit the PUM without hitting enter, they never are persisted in the mirrored placeholders.
