[Feature Request] Option to simply disable auto-play of YouTube videos on page load #8

This option will be very useful.

Why it is needed: when Chrome starts, it opens many tabs (previous sessions), and there may be many YouTube videos opened that start to simultaneously play and eat all memory and CPU cycles, producing cacophony.

(Currently the workaroud is to kill all child "chrome.exe" processes through Process Hacker after Chrome starts, and then reload the tabs that are needed.)

doesn't all browsers already keep youtube videos paused upon chrome initial start?
