False TimeZone for 50.66665/-0.95290923 #19

Hi,

we have a false time zone with this coordinate:

latitude: 50.66665 / longitude: -0.95290923 (Nab Pilot Station)

Your code returns 'Europe/Paris' but in this area it have to be 'Europe/London'.
